Sovereign Drone Production

Allied nations should build their own drones. We make it possible.

A software platform that runs an entire drone industrial base, end to end. From a qualified parts catalog to a finished combat aircraft, produced at home, at scale, and kept current with the fight.

What we do
The capability belongs to the nation.

Odeon builds the software that lets a nation produce its own drone fleet. Governments and their local manufacturers work from one platform to source qualified components, manufacture to combat-proven designs, and revise those designs as the front changes. It runs on national infrastructure, and it stays current for as long as the nation operates it.

The platform

One platform, raw component to finished aircraft.

One platform coordinates the full production process, from a raw component to a finished aircraft: designs, parts, production, and the team that puts it on the ground.

PLT·01Designs

A buildable design for every class

A library of buildable drone designs, one for every class. Each specifies the exact parts, qualified suppliers, assembly, and software the aircraft runs. Designs are developed with the operators who fly and fight them, and revised continuously as the battlefield evolves.

PLT·02Parts

A qualified catalog, no single source

A catalog of components tested and approved from suppliers worldwide, so no program depends on a single source. When a better component becomes available, it enters the catalog and reaches the factory floor.

PLT·03Production

Software that guides every build

Software that guides every build. It turns commodity parts and a new workforce into finished combat aircraft, and holds quality across many workers and multiple sites.

PLT·04Implementation

A team on the ground

A team on the ground to establish the capability. Engineers stand up the line and the parts catalog. Experienced operators put the designs into practice, from the parts catalog to mission planning in the field.

Our approach

Production capability that stays with the nation.

01

Sovereign by design

The platform runs on national infrastructure under national control. A nation owns what it builds and relies on no foreign supplier to keep producing. The capability cannot be withdrawn.

02

Interoperable across the alliance

Every program runs on the same foundation. Shared designs and shared parts let allied forces build and fight as one, rather than as a patchwork of incompatible fleets.

Build your own. Fight as one.

03

Current with the fight

Designs are revised in days, not years. As the battlefield changes and electronic warfare evolves, the platform delivers updated designs straight to the factory.

04

Built for scale

A drone industry only matters in volume. The platform is built so that real mass, across a wide mix of designs, is achievable and affordable for the nations that operate it.

Why it matters

The advantage rests on production, not procurement.

The character of warfare has changed. Uncrewed systems are now central to the battlefield, and the force that can field them in number, in the right mix, and current with the fight holds a decisive advantage.

A nation that can build its own drones, and keep building as designs change, is resilient and self-sufficient. A nation that imports finished systems inherits another country's supply chain, export controls, and timelines. Sovereign production capability has become a strategic priority, and we exist to make it achievable.

Behind the platform

The platform is built by people with deep backgrounds in defense and technology, and years of direct experience at the front, alongside the operators who fly and fight these systems.

Leadership & references shared directly with qualified parties
Standards & trust

Structured to meet the standard.

Defense partnerships are built on trust. We are structured to meet that standard, in control, in compliance, and in capital.

Infrastructure

National control

Every program runs on the nation's own infrastructure. Control of the system, the data, and the production line stays with the nation.

Compliance

Security & compliance

The platform is designed to meet allied procurement and security standards, and to withstand rigorous due diligence.

Capital

Capital integrity

We accept no adversary capital. Not directly, not through a fund, not at one remove.

How we engage

We build the capability alongside you.

We do not hand over software and leave. A dedicated team stands up the program in its first year, and a nation reaches its own combat-current production in months, not years.

Phase 01 · Lead

Managing director

A managing director with a military background runs the rollout and government engagement.

Phase 02 · Build

Engineers

Engineers establish the production line and the parts catalog on national infrastructure.

Phase 03 · Operate

Operators

Experienced operators put the designs into practice. Combat-current production in months.

Ongoing · Sustain

Partner

We remain a partner for training and updates well beyond the first year.
